How can we listen, read or watch the daily news without being angry? What is a faithful response to violence and oppression? Prayer, meditation and pausing help us to respond with compassion, even when we deeply disagree with what is happening.
Following Jesus requires us to keep our hearts clear and true, and to listen well to God’s voice of love.
