Every Year, Wall Street Church community works to provide for those in need especially at Christmas.  Donate to our causes for this year and help us to help others. 

 

 

Meaningful Christmas Gifts

 

Make a Donation to one of our four chosen organisations this year as a Christmas gift for a friend or relative and receive a special card to give to them. You  can donate at the next four Sunday morning worship services at Wall Street, at the church office, by e-transfer, or through Canada Helps on the website.

Wall Street Christmas Families

Donate in memory of a loved one and help us to support local families in need at Christmas 

 

This year Wall Street United Church is working hard to ensure that our four families get to actually have the joy of shopping for gifts for their children as well as essential household items.

How you can help….

We need donations of gift cards from WalMart, Giant Tiger, Canadian Tire and Winners. We also need essential items such as laundry soap, bodywash, toothpaste and toothbrushes which can be dropped off on Sundays or at the Church office during office hours.

 

 

Wall Street Christmas Flowers

Twice a year, the Flower Team delivers flowers to our members who have faced a significant health issue, have lost a loved one, or been through a difficult or traumatic situation. The flower team also delivers flowers to members in nursing homes or who are are unable to leave their home. We are asking for donations so that this work can be continued. Members can also donate to the flower fund in memory of a loved one and bring in a flower on Sunday December 10th and place it in the sanctuary. Flowers will then delivered to someone on the flower list.

A list of everyone who donated this year will be placed on the back table on December 10th. The deadline to donate to the Flower Fund is Sunday December 3rd.

 

Wall Street Christmas Food Drive,

There will be a collection for Brockville Food Bank on Sunday December 3rd during the morning service. Non-perishable food, diapers and money donations are very welcome. You are also welcome to drop of items during to the church office during office hours.  We thank you for your support.
